Returns & Exchanges Policy

14-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return any product within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

• Product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included
• Product is not damaged due to misuse

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund. We'll arrange a pickup at no cost to you.

How to Return

1. Email support@mgsstore.ae with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will review and approve the return within 24 hours
3. We'll arrange a free courier pickup from your location
4. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item

Exchanges

Want a different variant or product? We offer free exchanges. Same process as returns — just let us know what you'd like instead.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened software or digital products
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Products with broken seals (hygiene products like earbuds, if seal is broken)

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
