Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need help.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices displayed on MGS Store include 5% UAE VAT.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Dubai: Same-day or next-day delivery.
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days.
Other Emirates: 2–3 business days.

Is shipping free?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders above AED 200. Orders below AED 200 have a flat shipping fee of AED 15.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver within the UAE only. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Defective items can be returned within 30 days.

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at support@mgsstore.ae with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a free pickup.

Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. All electronics come with the manufacturer's warranty. MGS-branded products include a 1-year MGS warranty.
